大家换工作后，Experienced letter 中增加的新skill 如何让前雇主签字呢

想咨询一下地里有经验的小伙伴，关于perm过程的Experience Letter，有一段
In this position, he/she acquired experience in: ABCDE
这里的skill A部分是新工作有的，旧工作并不需要（旧的包含BCDE part），很担心前雇主会不会觉得增加了skill A, 不符合之前岗位的实际情况。
楼主找了律师，想让他被skill 按时间段区分开，这样前雇主只需要证明BCDE部分即可。但是律师说这个是没有办法修改的 “You must show that you have that experience from your previous jobs.”
想问一下这种情况该怎么办呢？ 感觉不是很合理呀，是说新工作里不能增加新skill了咩？

你律师说的对，a 必须在新公司前，老公司那里获得，可以 split 到不同前雇主，有 master 学位 professor 也可以，你写在一起发给前雇主看看能不能签字吧，一般关系好差不多就签了。

之前遇到同样的问题，给你发一段我律师发给我的：
Below are options that have historically been accepted by USCIS as supporting documents. Please bear in mind that Option A is the most optimal and complete evidence we can provide to support your application. Please note that by moving forward with Option B or C, as they are not considered primary evidence from your previous employer, there is a high possibility of USCIS issuing a request for evidence for you to obtain a letter similar to those outlined in Option A within 86 days. If a letter similar to Option A could not be obtained at that time, it may lead to a denial of your I-140.


A. Ideal - Letter from company on company letterhead verifying all mandatory details and skills.



B. Almost as good = Both of the following:  


1) Letter from former supervisor / manager even if not on company letterhead, as long as it clearly states that they worked at the company and were the employee's supervisor.  Safer for this to be notarized.  Only one is needed, not two.  

2) Some proof of employment from the company. A letter that outlines your job titles and the dates of your employment.


C. If above not available, then: Need all 3 of below:

1) Proof employment from the company - ideally a service certificate/letter stating dates of employment. Paystubs MIGHT be acceptable but the attorneys do not like relying on them.

2) 2 colleague affidavits - notarized

3) One self-affidavit explaining why cannot get a letter from company (e.g. out of business, company policy, etc.)

我的理解是 ：如果 skill A是你在新工作里获得的，skill A应该不能加到perm里。因为，如果可以通过培训获得skill A，就不用招non-us worker，可以招us worker培训就可以啦。perm的目的就是证明招不到具备特定技能的、愿意来的us worker。

借此贴问一句，如果换了工作，完全不同的方向，申绿卡还跟前雇主有关系吗？因为算是0 experience了

我的理解是 如果你绿卡jd写的experience 年数仅仅包含现在公司的工作年限，就和前雇主没有关系吧。

我现在的supervisor说换工作，以后申绿卡会让以前雇主签一个什么verification。所以我不知道换方向以后跟以前老板有没有关系。
