WHO称新冠病毒仍然是一种致命病毒

有报道称意大利一名医生表示，新冠病毒正在失去效力，并且变得没有那么致命。而WHO（世界卫生组织）就这项报道警告说，不要让大家认为这种病毒的致病性忽然间降低了，事实并不是这样，新冠病毒仍然是致命的病毒，每天仍有数千名人死亡，大家需要格外小心谨慎。世卫组织官员上个月也表示，随着里约热内卢和圣保罗的病例爆炸式增长，全球新冠疫情的重灾区已转移到南美洲。并称感染率下降的国家如果过早放宽限制，仍然可能面临立即出现第二个爆发高峰期。
