h1b RFE要求Confirm Public Benefit

楼主，我仔细看了一下律师的回复，感觉就是让你确认一下 not certified 那一个也是no

我当时也像你一样 只选了一个 "No, I have not received any of the above public benefits"
然后fragomen审材料的时候问我 确定不选 “No, i am not certified to receive in the future any of the above public benefits” 吗
然后我问了同事 好像两个都要选 然后就加上第二个了

其实就是两个都要填No！当时我专门问了律师的！估计不是大问题哈！

看了你的帖子我才发现我律师好像直接file了老的i129出去。。。因为我都没有看到 关于public benefit的选项。。。。我感觉我可能完蛋了

想问一下楼主，你是从uscis网站上查到需要confirm public benefits? 还是律师收到rfe的原因里说的？

觉得如果从来没有收到或申请过benefit，就选 No, the beneficiary has not received any of the above listed public benefits 就可以吧

.. If you have never applied for a public benefit, then "No, the beneficiary has not received any of the above listed public benefits" is the appropriate answer.
If you previously submitted an application for a public benefit, which is still pending or was denied, then "No, the beneficiary is not certified to receive any of the above listed public benefits" is the appropriate answer.

所以下面三个应该选哪个啊？
No, I have not received any of the above listed public benefits
No, I am not certified to receive any of the above public benefits
No, I have not received, nor am I certified to receive, any of the above public benefits
