禁令是否影响CP也未可知，我的律师解读为只适用于生效日在境外的人，H1B CP目前在境内的人，是否ban entry要等进一步的解释。

我可能和你问题基本一样。我现在第一年opt，明年可以申请extension或是抽签，可是F1今年七月就要过期了。所以这种情况我还可以续签F1？总觉得我都毕业了再续F1好像没啥理由了 使馆一看我都毕业了还签啥F1呢

opt就是F1签证。不管是不是ext

既然签证到期了，今年甚至这两年就别出境了。懂王这个尿性，出去就有回不来的风险

(律师) For now, it appears that U.S. Embassies and Consulates may not issue H-1B renewal stamps to someone outside the U.S. when the Proclamation was issued, and who don't already have a valid visa stamp.
2.        If the embassy opens, for example in July, and my visa stamping get approved, is it possible for me to go back ?
(律师) For now, the answer would appear to be yes (if the visa is issued, which it might not be), although you will need to double check any COVID-related travel restrictions at that time, as well as whether U.S. immigration authorities at the airport are enforcing any new rules (the Proclamation appears to be more of a restriction on the issuance of visas, although we should have a better idea in the next few days and weeks, as we receive more guidance from the government).
3.        Regarding my working eligibility, is there any concern or constraints to continue working outside of US?
(律师) The U.S. immigration laws don't restrict this, but there are other considerations, like company‘s policies, etc.
4.        How will this proclamation affect my H1B extension application?
(律师) USCIS should still be able to process the petition, but the U.S. Embassy/Consulate might not be able to issue a visa.
5.        Do you have any suggestions regarding my current situation, to your knowledge, is there anything I can do so that I can go back to US?
(律师) Continue following the ongoing news about this issue, including in our firm's website, which has our Client Alerts, including on this issue.

关于第二个问题，我本来还想问AP的case有没有可能approve， 但是根据律师的回答，proclamation 主要是限制issuance of visa， 个人感觉approve几率不大，有可能就一直拖着。但是因为proclamation刚出来，具体的细节包括律师都没有任何参考的case，可以再观望一下吧（ == 还是抱着一丝希望）

So what will happen after the first 3 years H1B expired? Will I be able to extend my H1B status in the US if this proclamation is still valid at that time? (sorry I could not type Chinese right now)
