新入学的国际学生如果只有网课，将不能进入美国

美国ICE（Immigration and Customs Enforcement）周五宣布，新入学的国际学生如果只有网课，将不允许进入美国。而对于上学期已经在美国高校注册并回国的国际学生，即使学校开学全是网课，该规定也不适用，可以再次入境美国返校。

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced on Friday that newly enrolled international students will not be allowed to enter the U.S. if they only have online courses. For international students who have already registered in American colleges and universities last semester and returned to their country, even if their school is all online courses, this rule does not apply, and they can re-enter the U.S.and return to school.  source
