RFE理由：lack beneficiary's status

收到了H1-b RFE，里面写的是：
Nonimmigrant Status: The record lacks sufficient evidence regarding the beneficiary's status. The following
item(s) explain why the submitted evidence is deficient and requests additional evidence to render a final
decision.

具体的原因是， F-1 optional practical training (OPT) status:
....
DHS records show that the beneficiary is engaging in STEM OPT with your organization that is located ..... and whether the STEM employer is providing the STEM training that is specified on the Form I-983
...
Moreover, the record does not show how the STEM employer's employees are providing the required STEM training to the beneficiary.

看了一下地里常见的RFE类型，似乎不在六大种类里。想问这个算是很难的case么？

Training plan写得不太好吧

这个就是maintenance of status吧～mos包含两点 一个是失业期 另一个是stem opt的雇主有没有按规定搞trainning～

OPT EXT的时候，I-983确实随便抄了个同事的，没想到会影响。但奇怪的是，我的同事approve了，lol
