J1 waiver DOS 状态咨询及中方timeline

本人于07/25/2020将材料寄往DOS，至今DOS系统查询不到任何case信息。期间发邮件给212ewaiver咨询，今日收到邮件回复：
A check of the Waiver Review System indicates that the Waiver Review Division received your case on September 01, 2020.  Your case is currently pending receipt of the No Objection Statement from your home country's Embassy in Washington, DC.
求高人解释目前的状态，目前DOS官网依然查不到case信息。

另附本人NOS申请timeline：
7/24/2020 网上提交材料，因属休斯顿领馆，所以期间多次联系秦老师咨询了很多问题，并表达身份将于12月底过期，希望能加急处理；
7/28/2020 初审通过；
8/11/2020 领事馆通过，即将报送大使馆审批；
8/20/2020 报送大使馆审批；
8/28/2020 审批通过，发出不持异议信
中方八月底完毕。
中方大使馆已于八月底发出NOS，

Exchange visitor visas (J-1) are issued to applicants coming to the United States on a wide variety of programs designed to enhance cultural and educational understanding between the United States and other countries.  Exchange visitors must be sponsored by a program designated by the Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.  Some of these programs require exchange visitors to return to their home country for two years after the completion of the program.

同18号更新，NOL还没收到。你的NOL有显示了吗？

请问DOS刚显示NOL在系统中，现在还需要做什么？还是只用等USCIS那边通知？

我18号查到
我的护照信息等是9.3 received
NOL中方八月底寄出 9.8 received

是要等待一段时间才会有显示。耐心

我也什么信息都没有，比你早一个星期寄到dos

和你时间线差不多 也是什么信息都没有 比起中方dos那边真的太慢了

我看了很多个帖子 大部分人都是两个月到两个半月收到 我自己的情况是5.24寄出 7.28收到 所以再等等就好！
