若美国批准交易，字节跳动计划让TikTok IPO

知情人士周四表示，如果TikTok的交易获得白宫批准，中国字节跳动正计划在美国首次公开募股（TikTok Global），这家新公司将运营这个时下流行的短视频应用。

这些知情人士表示，TikTok Global的IPO申请将在美国证券交易所进行，甲骨文公司也将持有该公司的股份。但字节跳动和甲骨文公司没有立即回应该事。

People familiar with the matter said on Thursday that if the TikTok transaction is approved by the White House, China's ByteDance is planning an initial public offering (TikTok Global) in the United States, and the new company will operate this popular short video application.
