2016年Scalia去世了以后共和党明确表示大选前不会确认Obama的提名，所以Obama当时的提名没过参议院。
不知道这一次共和党还会遵循这一"原则"，还是在有利于共和党的时候就赶快通过Trum

可能性微乎其微，好像已经表示要抓住这个千载难逢的机会了。

保守派大法官对于一些极左的法案会有限制作用，但是美国大环境也会更加排外...

算了，华人本身就是隐形人，如果说偏左的话华人还能自己奋斗争取权益，偏右就是所有minorities打包遭殃，再加上最近的情势，不觉得乐观。

大法官提名需要参议院确认，那个时候是共和党控制参议院，所以才会有这个妥协。现在共和党控制总统和参议院，大选又临近，肯定要争分夺秒完成提名

现在参议院是53R 45D 2I，GOP里除了罗姆尼基本没人会投反对票（还有阿拉斯加的那个女的，不过民主党也有人会反水）

Kavanaugh 从提名到宣誓花了不到三个月

Mitch McConnell已经表示会投票了，看来又一个保守派大法官要上了
