NCSU EE 问题求解答

I am sorry to bother DaShenS.
I am currently applying for NCSU MSEE admission but my overall gpa is a little lower that the one stated under admission requirements whichi is 3.25, and mine is lower with a difference of less than 0.1. I am wondering that is 3.25 supposed to be the cut-off gpa for all applicants? Should I still go for it?

You can. I know some guys here in NCSU whose GPAs are lower than that requirement.
