My full name is YOUR_NAME. I was born in XXX, China on YOUR_BIRTHDAY. I write this affidavit to give a more detailed explanation to the Communist Party membership and affiliation question on my I-485 Adjustment of Status application. As the following will describe in greater detail, please note that my affiliation with the People’s Republic of China’s Communist Party (hereafter “***”) was involuntary, nominal, and non-meaningful.

My membership in the *** was involuntary because it was for purposes of obtaining better employment opportunities and for essentials of living. I was recommended to join the *** around XXX when I was attending XXX University, located in XXX, China. The *** membership for a university student is critical in seeking employment after graduation, especially given the high number of applicants searching for employment upon graduation. I had joined the *** solely for advancing my employment prospects upon my graduation. My *** membership was nominal and I did not subscribe to any communist ideology.

Further, I was required to pay party membership dues while I was enrolled in school, and as such I ceased paying dues in XXX when I graduated XXX University with my Master’s degree.

I have not participated in any *** activities since XXX following my post-graduate graduation and have not paid any membership dues since XXX. Based on *** policy, any party member shall be considered as relinquishing their party membership once such person fails to pay membership dues or fails to participate in regular party activities for six (6) consecutive months. As such, I had relinquished my membership since approximately XXX.

默默地等待。。。

mark。2020.10.01 寄出所有材料，也还是什么都没有。

我9月26号寄到芝加哥。 现在也是还没有任何消息。

Fedex显示9/29号delivered，到现在还没有任何消息😭😭我现在怀疑，信用卡授权那个表没有签字，是不是不给受理啊，现在怎么办呢
