Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing in regard to the expedite request for my EAD application. I concurrently filed I-539 change of nonimmigrant status (from F1 to H4) and I-765 EAD application on date, and had the biometrics/fingerprints taken on date. However, it has been over xx months since my cases were received at the VSC office and both cases are still not completed yet.

I lost my job on date because my F1 OPT EAD expired but the H4 EAD was not issued. My previous employer is xx who would like to rehire me once I have the employment authorization approved (see attachment). As I need my salary to pay for the living expenses, mortgage, utility bill, insurance bill and my coming medical treatment bills, the delayed approval will lead to a severe financial loss to me and my family. Below is a list of the bills we have after I lost my job (proof documents attached):
Mortgage every month: $xxxx
Utility bill every month: $xxx
Car insurance: $xxx
Medical treatments:  xx test: $xx + Labcorp and office visit: $xx

In addition, it has been more than xxx days (xx months) since the USCIS received my cases. Based on the first-come-first serve principle, my cases are expected to be approved along with the cases of the same receipt date. As of date, my I-539 and I-765 cases are both out of normal processing time, with the normal processing time for the USCIS Vermont Service Center listed below, so I believe my cases are behind the schedule and should be granted an expedite processing.
Form I-539: 4.5 months to 6.5 months - Change of status to H dependents
Form I-765: 4 months to 6 months - All other applicants for employment authorization

Last but not least, not having an EAD and losing jobs not only makes my life burden heavy, but also gives me lots of pressure emotionally. I feel upset and panic everyday when out of work; I am in fear of getting sick when can’t afford the medical bill; and recently I even have trouble sleeping every night. Without an H4 status, I won’t be able to renew the driver license which also has a strong negative impact on my daily life. No driving in a rural area is such an inconvenient thing.

Based on the reasons above, please consider granting me the expedite processing. Thank you so much!

同问这个。感觉楼主主要还是outside of normal processing time的理由比较solid。 账单和医疗保险H1b都可以提供。。。 而且楼主那时候normal processing time好快啊，我现在查得要一年 （Nebraska）😭

. 1point3acres.com 我今天收到卡了，但是感觉不是议员帮忙的，是我自己out of normal的service request起作用的，因为议员那边也没跟我update,也可能他帮我催了才引起移民局注意的

不知道楼主这封信是怎么到移民局的？email or mail?感觉在网上找emma送expedite request,根本就没有补材料的机会，总是直接被denied了。
