火坑专业phd转专业申cs岗位 简历该写phd学历吗

lz火坑专业博士在读，今年试水找实习了解市场。发现很多大厂的general position比如sde，都有注明：要求在读本科或master。这个时候如果写了phd在读，会不会直接简历杀啊？
比如亚麻家的sde intern:
"BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field at time of application.
· Knowledge of the syntax of languages such as Java, C/C++ or Python.
· Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, algorithm design, data structures, problem solving, and complexity analysis."

脸书的：
"Minimum Qualifications
1 or more years of experience with perl, java, php, python, or c++

lz还omscs在读，发现一些非flag公司对这个不敏感，dropbox discovery nordstrom blackrock redfin等等海投sde岗都过了简历关，但是亚麻就是秒拒，google facebook都没有回音。

之所以有这样的疑惑，就是我还投了一些大厂本专业的职位。那些注明 招本科研究生 的岗也没理我，按理来说应该qualify了。只投了一个给phd的本专业岗位，hr隔天就reach out。

所以，有考虑之后投简历，不写phd学位，把phd RA的经历加到experience里。是不是更有可能拿到大厂oa呢？
