超级版主，请教你一个问题，We are happy to inform you that the processing of your visa application is now complete.  You may pick up your visa within 90 days from the date of clearance shown above.  If the visa is not picked up within 90 days, your case must again be submitted to Washington for processing.  You do not need to make a new appointment, you do not need to pay a new application fee, and you do not need to fill out a new application form.

If your invitation letter is more than sixty days old, or your original dates of travel are no longer valid, please bring a new invitation letter.  If you applied for an F, M, J or H visa, please bring your I-20, DS-2019 or I-797 form.  (If you missed the reporting deadline on your I-20 or DS-2019 form, please bring a new I-20 or DS-2019 form with an updated starting date).

For Foreign Affairs Applicants:  Please contact your Foreign Affairs Office and ask them to send your passport to the Consulate for visa printing along with this letter, your invitation letter and documents mentioned in underlined paragraph above.

For AmCham Applicants:  Please deliver your passport, this letter, current invitation letter and documents mentioned in underlined paragraph above to AmCham.  Your visa will generally be ready within three business days from the time that we receive your passport from AmCham.

For All Other Applicants and CITIC Bank Applicants:  Please deliver your passport to the Consulate between 9:30-11:00AM, Monday-Friday (except US and Chinese holidays). Print out this letter and bring it with your passport, current invitation letter and any documents mentioned in the underlined paragraph above. You will need to arrange for delivery of the passport through the Consulate’s China Post Courier System after you have submitted all required documents.(Note: Supporting documents will be returned along with the passport.) Delivery of visas may take up to four working days; please do not plan on collecting your visa on the same day.
