OPT申请撤销后再次申请（同等学位）

大家好，我在17年底的时候申请OPT，后面一直没有进展，18年上半年寄信给USCIS撤销，19年收到了撤销成功的通知，如下
We hereby acknowledge receipt of your request to withdraw the Form I-765, Application for
Employment Authorization, you filed on [date], 2017. Action has been terminated on this
application.
Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 103.2(b)(6) states, in pertinent part:
Withdrawal. An applicant or petitioner may withdraw an application or petition at any time
until a decision is issued by USCIS or, in the case of an approved petition, until the person is
admitted or granted adjustment or change of status, based on the petition. However, a
withdrawal may not be retracted.

目前我在读另一个同等学位，并可能在毕业后用OPT。想请教一下，这个意思是不是之后还可以申请呢？有撤销后再次申请OPT经历的同学吗？
