Salesforce AI/ML Sr. PM 面试题

先发了一次发现发错板块了，忘记发在PM专版了。。。

Disclaimer: 本人并没有完成全部面试，因为有另外一家的offer deadline到了，必须答复。所以就把salesforce的面试withdraw了。

Recruiter在linkedin上联系，职位是 Sr. PM AI/ML - Salesforce Service Cloud - Einstein
刚看了下，当时的那个jd页面已经不在了，看样子是招到人了。

第一轮 recruiter - 30 mins

• Tell me about yourself
• Why Salesforce
• Why do you leave the current compnay
• Tell me a AI/ML product you lanuched end-to-end
• Any questions for me
  

四天后，第二轮 hiring manager - 45 mins

• Tell me about your product experience in AI/ML space
• Picked one product from my resume, and dived really deep: why this product? who are the customers? busineess goals? product goals? how did you measure success? what models were used? how was training data collected? How do you tie back the product goal to ML application goal?
• If you had a chance to relaunch the product in 2, what would you have done different
