收到了Gatech的邮件 这是什么情况？基本稳了的意思？要怎么回复？

今天收到了gatech msa的邮件（内容见下）
这是基本稳了的意思吗？我有点疑惑既然正式结果还没出来他为什么要给我发这么一封邮件……
有收到同样邮件的小伙伴吗？
还想请教一下该怎么回复……

邮件内容：
I'm glad to be able to give you some good news about your application to Georgia Tech's Master of Science in Analytics (MSA) degree, but I'm required to phrase it carefully. Georgia Tech is required to do some administrative checking of your basic documentation for you to become a new graduate student (things like verifying your official transcripts, degrees, test scores, etc.).

However, that caveat aside, I can tell you that the MSA program has submitted your information to GT's Graduate Studies for them to do the checking, because we want you to be admitted!  (Congratulations!  We usually have about 1000 applications for fewer than 100 seats, so admission is not easy to earn.  Although I can't officially say "congratulations, you've been admitted", you've made it past the big hurdle.)

I am also happy to let you know that, assuming the checks proceed as expected, we would like to offer you a Graduate Teaching Assistantship (GTA) for the Spring semester.  [Mandatory disclaimer: The Spring GTA is (of course) contingent on adequate performance in the Fall.]  The exact value (tuition + stipend) of the GTA is subject to the Board of Regents setting tuition for the upcoming academic year, but it is likely to have total value of approximately $17200 for non-Georgia residents.  GTA duties can be up to 10-13 hours/week supporting a faculty member teaching a course.

哇，那也恭喜你！还差最后一步，希望我们都能尽早拿到正式的offer
我看到邮件的时候还挺困惑的hhhh搞不懂为什么要在正式offer下来前发邮件，还以为材料审查会是一道大坎

还没想好，感觉这俩有点难以比较…

看起来已经很稳地录了并且要给你TA了，big cong！回复一下你很高兴并且很期待正式offer啥的就好啦hh
