求问报税延期问题适用于股票报税吗？

股票的税没有被提前withhold那么也能适用于延期吗？

I believe 1099 b and div are reported in form 8949 which can be mailed along with schedule D and Form 1040.

什么意思呀。。。

2020 tax return 即 1040+ related schedule/forms 都延期到5/17号了。
但是2021年第一个季度的estimate tax due date 还是4/15.  
预缴税计算： 假设你不知道自己2021的收入，可以以2020tax liability为准。
2020 tax liability * 100% - 2021 estimate tax withholding (通常是w2 withholding) = additional tax due to be deposit by yourself in 2021  这个数字再除以4 就是quarterly estimate tax due了。 quarterly due date 是4/15, 6/15, 9/15, 1/15。 如果不想这么麻烦，就告诉你的hr提高w2 withholding rate

如果你不关心estimate，只是问股票，那么结论就是，股票申报和税表一起都是5/17due
