咦？不是ICT难道是LMIA based的？但ICT可以帮公司省材料省钱省时间，为什么公司不走ICT呢？

ict并不需要有lmia，公司都喜欢ict吧

叫C20。。。可能跟一般ICT不太一样，不过也是LIMA exempt.

楼主是因为没抽中H1B才去加拿大的吗？

-baidu 1point3acres撤销140，境外调整身份只能最多延期两年，这也算是境外转身份的缺点，境内调整没有这个时间规定，至少我WG律师所是这样说的啊，你要担心最多多求证一下啊，原话是：
There are set deadlines by which one must proceed with their IV application.
a. The Department of State website notes:
Termination of a Case: If the applicant fails to reply to the inquiry
. correspondence sent by the U.S. Embassy or Consulate, or the National Visa
Center (NVC), termination of their visa application will begin. The U.S.
Embassy or Consulate, or NVC, will first send a Follow-up Letter and
Instruction Package to the applicant. If the applicant does not answer within
one year, a termination letter is sent. At this point the applicant has one more
year to activate the immigrant visa case. If there is no answer in one year, the
case is terminated. You can stop termination of a case by notifying the U.S.
Embassy or Consulate, or NVC, before the prescribed time period has lapsed,
that the applicant does not want the case to be closed (terminated).
b. If the IV application is terminated, DOS can return the case to USCIS to revoke
the approval of the I-140 petition.
c. Unlike IV processing, there is no set deadline by which the I-485 must be filed
after approval of the I-140 as long as the applicant is still eligible to file an I-485
(i.e., in the U.S., maintaining a valid nonimmigrant status, primary beneficiary
still meets requirements for I-140 category, not ineligible due to criminal history,
violations of U.S. immigration law, communicable disease, etc.).

美国从来没说过需要一定要住半年。 加拿大保卡更严格更麻烦。
