不知道啊，发给招生的人邮件也不回。。UFL也是这样的

很明显，这是发给graduate里面PHD的那一部分人啊。。。

你看UFL发给我的
All applicants are reviewed by the Graduate Coordinator to ensure admissibility.  Once the Graduate Coordinator completes their review and if they find your application meets our requirements it depends on what degree you are pursuing to determine what happens next:

Masters Applicants
Thesis = must be accepted by a faculty member before you can be admitted
Online = must be accepted by the faculty member/s in charge of your program before you can be admitted and is always self-funded
Coursework only = needs graduate coordinator approval and is always self-funded
