Hi xxxx,

Your GRE & TOEFL scores are very good.  Faculty like to see a TOEFL of 95,
and of course higher is better.  The same with the GRE - they want to see
the combined score of 301 for Verbal and Quantitative sections.

The recommendation letters are in the form of a regular business letter.
Your writers will know exactly what is needed.

Having your application before the January 15 deadline is good XXX.
I'll just hold on to it until your supporting documents arrive.  I am
currently
holding applications waiting for the supporting materials.  Please be
assured we will not stop reviewing application at the January 15
deadline.  Our processing goes on for weeks, actually for months.

I think that's it XXXX.  If you do have other questions, just let me
know.
