第一个结果是AD 还是蛮开心

申请的RFIC的PHD 这是第一个结果。（已经是研究生啦，没有paper是一个明显的disadvantage，嘻嘻）
Men and Women,
Congratulations! Our Graduate Studies Committee has carefully evaluated your application and we would very much like to have you in our graduate program. However, our department is unable to support PhD students without some commitment from a faculty member. I strongly recommend that you
1)      establish a relationship with one of our graduate faculty which would provide support for your doctoral program (http://www.depts.ttu.edu/ece/faculty/)
OR
2)      change your application to the Masters of Science program and plan to establish a relationship with a faculty member that will lead to support as you pursue the coursework that leads to the MSEE. Adding the PhD to your MSEE can be accomplished easily after you have made arrangements with the appropriate faculty member. If you change your application to the MSEE program I will admit you immediately with a small scholarship that qualifies you for in-state tuition. Graduate Admissions can help you change your application to the masters program.


肯定不会再读master啦，PHD有联系过老师。如果和之前联系的老师说，估计会有面试神马的。如果有新的结果再update。感谢一亩三分地的平台分享这么多留学信息。

一直忘记来更新了。。。米有面试，老师回复滴很爽快，同时也说知道现在too early for me to make a decision. 随时update他之类的。是个非常nice的老师。各种感激。

这句话是什么意思？  也就是说去读ms 的话就不用交学费了啊？

不是哟。TTU是公立大学，分为州内学费和州外学费。如果去读master，就按州内学费，比较便宜啦。

亲，我没有关注过呢。德州本来消费就低，学费便宜，州内学费大概是州外学费的一半。我其实有套到老师，所以没有关心过学费滴问题。

根据我的经验来说 比州外少60%左右 这种数据学校官网都有的

楼主的邮件是Gale Richard发的吗？我之前也收到过一个类似的邮件，但是第二条里没提州内学费的事。
