一点关于UIUC-stat(Analytics)-MS再申PHD的一点信息

前几天发邮件问小蜜它家MS-->PHD的情况，下面是他家的回复：
问： before I made the final decision to enter your program, I would like to check with you how many of the students in your analytics concentration program would enter the Ph.D program after completing their master's degree.

答：I don't have exact numbers, but several go on to PhD programs each year. We've had two recently go to Columbia Biostatistics for a PhD, one went to George Washington, another to Texas, and many other schools.
We have some go to finance or econ. I can think of a lady who finished her MS and now has a fellowship in Economics at Purdue.
