求助：关于Texas Tech推荐信，ps，cv的提交

推荐信：网上有人说ttu可以网推，我没找到。。。 有申ttu，网推过的吗
学校网站上是这样写的
Supplemental application materials are required by the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and should be mailed directly to the Department at the address below.  These materials are the following:

• Three letters of recommendation on letterhead
• Statement of purpose
• Résumé

如果是mail的话，3封推荐信能和ps，cv放一起寄么，还是3封都分开，一封一封寄啊

另外，现在基本上所有学校都网推了吧，TTU怎么还这么落后。。。。。
