春招面试小结

总结一下最近的春招面试，收到了三个公司的面试。挂了两个，收到了一个offer是coop，但是因为学校不允许coop而不能去，很遗憾。开始面试才意识到自己的英文水平和理想中的畅快沟通还差很远，所以最近开始养成到处用英文的习惯。下面的经历也直接用英文陈述。
Palantir
The first company with which I had interview. This company was referred by alumni of our school. The first step is phone interview. I was rejected after this step (Mostly because this is the first time and lack of experience…)
Phone interview
All BQ questions, I could still remember some of them:
•        Tell me about yourself.
•        Why do you choose Palantir?
•        Why do you want to become a software engineer?
•        Tell me one of your projects with greatest impact?
o        (Follow up) why do you think this project could stand out among all the projects you did?
o        (Follow up) You mention this is an interesting project, what do you think would make a project interesting?
•        What makes you apply for this position?
•        From your resume, I saw you have an internship experience in xxx company, why did you apply for that company?
o        (Follow up)What’s the most interesting thing you did in that company?
o        (Follow up) What’s the least?
•        What do you want to get most out of this internship?
•        …
