加拿大Work Permit, Land入境, 有哪些需要注意的?

H1b不中, 公司帮申请了加拿大Work Permit. 我打算陆地开UHaul入境. 有哪些需要注意的? 有什么需要准备的?

官网上说要带 passport, visa,  entry letter of introduction, and any travel document. 这些我都有了. (公司发了一个30多页的travel package, 老厚了)
但我仍然有些地方不太理解

• list of import goods. 这个官网没提, 我需要准备吗? 怎呢申报呢? 要申报些什么东西呢? (家具? 奢侈品?)
• I94. 陆地入境加拿大, 看网上有人说officer optionally update I94. 我需要让officer更新我的I94记录吗?
• ArriveCAN. 官网上确定说不用搞核酸证明or疫苗卡. 我还需要搞这个ArriveCAN吗? ArriveCAN说是helps  flying to Canada, 是不是陆地crossing不能用啊?

ArriveCAN 是提前申报海关，作用是入境的时候节省一点时间

已经不用ArriveCAN了

提供一个dp. 我和一个吼咪, 提交biometric后一个月收到passport request letter, 寄送passport后三周后收到visa寄回来.

If you are moving permanently to Canada, you can bring your belongings with you when you arrive or you may send them later.

You may be able to bring your belongings with you duty-free. To qualify, usually you must have owned, possessed, and used the goods before coming to Canada.

You also have to fill out a BSF186 - Personal Effects Accounting Document, where you list any goods with you and the goods that you will send later. If your goods are not listed on your original BSF186, they are not eligible for duty-free importation at a later time.
