EB2排期的一点小问题

截止到2022年11月，来自中国大陆的EB2申请backlog是9330个，如果一年2744个approve的话2022年11月3、4年就能排到了。为什么有人会算出十年？

另外这个waiting list 只是在NVC登记为CP的数量，不包括AOS 的数量（你去看文件的第一段），而 AOS 才是大头。

这是国务院的数据，就是等待cp的，主要是niw。看移民局140数据，eb2 140批准等待的有三万多人，这其中大概20%多是niw，这样数据能对上了。

因为有的可能带家属 有的可能带多个家属

第一段这里，大概可以理解为表格只包括海外走CP的，不反应significant number of 境内交485的数据。

这个数据包括家属吗？2022财年广州发了三千多张卡，2022年11月为啥还有3816个current？那2023财年得发多少卡啊。。。

怎么都不仔细读啊，包含了。第一页第三段：“All figures reflect persons registered under each respective numerical limitation, i.e., the totals represent not only principal applicants or petition beneficiaries, but their spouses and children entitled to derivative status under INA 203(d) as well.”

好消息啊，说明CP堆积也不算多，基本A表current了，也可以很快在广州领事馆面签了

表A的排期制定不光看 CP 的审结人数啊，要看 CP + AOS ，两者是一起拿绿卡的名额。可以看一看这个文件描述怎么制排期表的：https://travel.state.gov/content ... _operation%20of.pdf

（Point 1 第一段：“At the beginning of each month, the Visa Office (VO) receives a report for each consular post listing totals of documentarily qualified immigrant visa applicants in categories subject to numerical limitation.
