**一、岗位描述：**

1. 研发并实现NLP 相关底层技术和系统，使用先进的自然语言处理及机器学习技术，结合不同业务的情况，提出合理的解决方案，并在相应产品上应用落地；
2. 有独立完成项目的较强的代码编写能力，可以负责将算法工程化，落地到具体的项目交付上；
3. 基于业务特性，按需引入和应用更多的现代机器学习技术，包括不限于计算机视觉、联邦学习、复杂网络、强化学习等；
4. 负责研究NLP前沿技术趋势的跟进和应用

二、岗位要求:

1. 计算机、人工智能、数学或者统计学相关专业本科以上学历；985、海外知名高校的毕业生优先；
2. 具有扎实的编程基础（熟练使用Python等），熟悉一个或多个常见的 ML/DL/NLP 开源工具库，熟悉分布式机器学习框架，比如PyTorch, Jax, 或Tensorflow，可以独立完成算法的实现、落地及部署；
3. 扎实的机器学习和数据挖掘基础，在自然语言处理领域有深入研究，熟悉自然语言处理算法及实现，有能力在标准算法的基础上作修改，并进行相关数学推导等；
4. 有大规模语言模型的研发和应用经验将优先考虑；有NLP领域之外的算法项目经验将优先考虑；
5. 热爱尝试新的算法，新的应用及新的工具；
6. 具有良好的沟通表达能力，具备较强的团队合作意识、强烈的责任心，善于沟通，自驱力强，主动完成目标。

**NLP Algorithm Researcher/Engineer**

**I. Job Description:**

1. Develop and implement NLP-related underlying technologies and systems, using advanced natural language processing and machine learning techniques, combine with different business situations, propose reasonable solutions, and apply them to corresponding products;
2. Have strong coding ability to independently complete projects and be responsible for engineering algorithms to specific project deliveries;
3. Based on business characteristics, introduce and apply more modern machine learning technologies as needed, including but not limited to computer vision, federated learning, complex networks, and reinforcement learning;
4. Responsible for researching and applying cutting-edge trends in NLP technology.

**II. Job Requirements:**

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, or statistics; graduates from 985 or well-known overseas universities are preferred;
2. Solid programming skills (proficient in using Python, etc.), familiar with one or more common ML/DL/NLP open-source toolkits, familiar with distributed machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Jax, or Tensorflow, can independently implement, apply, and deploy algorithms;
3. Solid foundation in machine learning and data mining, deep research in natural language processing, familiar with natural language processing algorithms and implementation, capable of modifying standard algorithms and conducting related mathematical derivations;
4. Experience in developing and applying large-scale language models will be given priority; experience in algorithm projects outside the NLP field will be given priority;
5. Love to try new algorithms, new applications, and new tools;
6. Have good communication skills, strong teamwork consciousness, a strong sense of responsibility, good at communication, self-driven, and actively achieve goals.
