WSJ：移民局正在调查重复申请H1B的作假行为

有Google被雷的朋友都被这个game system逼着在干这事，正常人都被逼着干这事？大量ICC都因为这个game system应运而生，建议把这些ICC identify出来全部查封。

没什么卵用，封杀几个公司，又会有新公司冒出来。明年继续。

移民局不管这个事情，就是变相鼓励icc模式，今年这么多layoff，估计大公司也不会太在乎这事了

那么大公司就别找海外移民了，都找本地户口的吧

唯一可行的办法是提高注册费，提到2万每人。今年100万份申请就可以拿到200亿美元，有钱了很多事情就可以做，比如雇人审查fraud

那就再也没有公司愿意雇用h1b了，什么样的员工值得先付2万美元去申请签证抽签？除非这个人有什么极其特殊的才能公司没他活不了。

没了icc还会有ccc，mcc，pcc，kcc等等

现在AI这么牛，稍微利用一下就能筛选出来重复申请。政府的黑大妈们脑袋干不过阿三们啊。

抽签的一共78万，存在重复抽签的个体加起来一共40万，不存在重复抽签的共38万，H1B一共八万个（？），8/38=21%，仍然显著比前些年低了。三年抽不中的概率=79%^3， 约50%。如果加上这重复抽签的有效个体近10万人，就更低。

不要再给iccc 多抽合理化了
