佛州最新购房法案sb264条款更新

最新版本允许持有非旅游签证华人购买两英亩以下的一套自住房；房产不得在军事基地5英里内；自住房必须登记在签证持有人名下

最新版本加入以下修正条款原文：
596 (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), a natural person described in paragraph (1)(a) may purchase one residential real property that is up to 2 acres in size if all of the following apply:
(a) The parcel is not on or within 5 miles of any military installation in this state.
(b) The person has a current verified United States Visa that is not limited to authorizing tourist-based travel or official documentation confirming that the person has been granted asylum in the United States and such visa or documentation authorizes the person to be legally present within this state.
c) The purchase is in the name of the person who holds thevisa or official documentation described in paragraph (b).

这种必然继续被告。

因为针对Country of Origin的歧视已经逐字逐句违反Fair Housing Act of 1968, Civil Rights Act of 1964. Immigration & Nationality Act of 1965和14th Amendment.

各州和联邦政府都有权力禁止任何外国人、甚至绿卡持有者买房。但是这种特别针对国籍的限制必然违法违宪。

同意！我觉得可以接受禁止或限制所有非公民或者非永久居民购买房产，只要指明任何国籍或者人种就是歧视！

这种法案应该是“要么全部要么全无”
