3月21日毕业能否赶上当年的H1B申请

1） 将于15年3月21日毕业，23日入职，能否赶上当年的H1B申请呢？ 假设3月23号前可以拿到OPT的EAD卡

2） 如果赶得上，需要学校出示什么证明，来证明我已经完成全部学业，在等待diploma？（小密说了正式diploma至少要等几个月）

3） 如果赶不上，可以让公司用本科的身份去抽H1B吗？

在USCIS网站上看到这段话：

You must submit evidence of the beneficiary’s education credentials at the time of filing. If all of the requirements for a degree have been met, but the degree has not yet been awarded, you may submit the following alternate evidence:

• A copy of the beneficiary’s final transcript; or
• A letter from the registrar confirming that all of the degree requirements have been met. If the educational institution does not have a registrar, then such a letter must be signed by the person in charge of educational records where the degree will be awarded.
  

If you indicate that the beneficiary is qualified based on a combination of education and experience, please provide substantiating evidence at the time of filing.

是不是说我去找学校的registrar问下看多久能给我写封这样的信就可以？

在学校的registrar网站上看到这么一段话，是不是说明让他们在毕业9天内开verification已经没戏了

I graduated yesterday. My job starts tomorrow. Can I order verification of degree today and have it reflect my graduation date?

• Verifications will not show your graduation until your degree has been conferred.
• It can take up to 90 days after the conclusion of your last quarter of attendance for your degree to be conferred.
• Do not order a verification of degree before the degree is conferred, or you'll need to reorder and repay for the verification once that has taken place.
• You can check to see if your degree has been conferred or grades have been finalized by checking your academic history on TritonLink prior to ordering verification.
  

好像 至少用本科学位是可以的
