现在德州和佛州房源过剩 买家不够多 整个resendential房产市场应该是交易量不够 那中介可能谎称这要修那要修 都是一些高单价 从中捞一点? 请中介照相或是拍个视频 如果不愿 这里面有猫腻 details, details, details!!!!!

背后的原因就是地头蛇，想多赚点钱，但agent冠冕堂皇的原因是他和这个施工队熟，原话说的是：“ it would potentially require me managing a vendor on your behalf that I have never worked with - therefore potentially unable to provide you with effective management of the repairs - potentially costing you more money, if the vendor was irresponsible, had poor workmanship. That exposes you to a bunch of risks that I am not willing to take on. Therefore, I will be using the vendor that I have selected, if I handle the management of this repair. I will need to use a vendor that I know, trust, is reputable and can hold to the proverbial fire, should I need to.”

换个靠谱的agent，目前先自己跟tenant交流解决问题

普通的tanked热水器包工包料1700-1800足够了，听起来你的问题换个好的PM公司就能解决了。
