请问一下现在🐶家招聘还是先team match再面试么？听说tm可能会很久，所以纠结要不要先投着。感谢！

现在有四种情况
1 有个组 - Round 1 - Round 2
2 Round 1- 找个组 -Round2
3 Round 1-Round 2- teammatch
4 Round1-Round2-过HC- teammatch

我身边第四种的，刚match了几个月被关了。

Apply first and treat team match as a parallel track, not a gate — in the current flow most candidates do the recruiter screen / hiring assessment / interviews first, and team match usually happens after a positive loop, with the exact order depending on whether a specific team sponsored the req. The long part is rarely the first match conversation; it is waiting for HC approval and for a team with budget to confirm, which can stretch for weeks even after you pass. To de-risk it, ask your recruiter upfront which teams are hiring for this req, what the HC status is, and whether you can interview for a general SWE pool, and keep other processes warm so a stalled match does not cost you the whole season.
