This is Amazon's standard "passed the loop, now in team-match / placement" wording, so it is genuinely good news but not an offer yet — the hiring signal is positive, and the remaining risk is headcount and team fit rather than another full coding loop. The "additional interviews may be required" line usually means a short team-match chat, a focused follow-up on one leadership principle or technical area, or a second team loop if the first team cannot place you, not a restart from OA. I would reply to the recruiter promptly, restate your team preferences and start-date flexibility, and keep interviewing elsewhere until the written offer arrives, because placement can still take the full two weeks or stall.
