Need your advice -NIW denied 没海外经验，申NIW现在还有戏吗？

21 年毕业，CS 数据安全/AI安全领域， 知道NIW这个太晚了

去年10月找了wegreened (chen) 评估，给了approve-refund的选项，今年2月提交 4月PP。 不出所料，获得了RFE。 XM2359 （貌似不是很好对付）， 质疑prong 1&3. reddit 发现这个IO都是质疑这一点。

proposed employment （not endeavor） 是software engineer。 当时Chen 不建议industry 的job，但我没有PhD， 担心学术界的proposed employment 会被质疑。RFE prong1 就说software engineer 无法证明 national importance

It appears that the beneficiary intends to work as a software engineer. However, the beneficiary's endeavor of intending to work as a software engineer does not demonstrate a national importance rather than the impact is limited to the beneficiary and his current or future employer.
Although the beneficiary recounts the value and importance of the field, Dhanasar requires USCIS to focus on the "the specific endeavor that the foreign national proposes to undertake," not the importance of the field, industry, or profession in which the individual will work. Id. at 889.
Merely working in an important field is insufficient to establish the national importance of the proposed endeavor.
The beneficiary submitted evidence of his publications and citation record to establish how past research success suggests that the future endeavor will have a similar impact.
While USCIS acknowledge that evidence of the impact of past work provides a basis to suggest that future work will have a similar impact, this past research does not in itself establish the national importance of the proposed endeavor

准备了很详细的response，还是在45天的时候被拒了，目前Chen 还没反馈notice

各位大佬：我其实还想refile，大家有何建议？

国内硕、9 publication （5 1st author），350+ citations 100+ review

建议如果再refile就在chen的文件基础上diy吧

他们家有价值的就是它的管理系统

还有就是他们给你写的材料你就当基础框架自己大改吧 和他们合作就当半diy吧

也是这么打算的，完全打算自己写了，到时候让chen 来review

Prong two能过说明还是背景很扎实的

就他家写的那个 Propose endeavor， Prong 1过不了太正常了

Prong 3他家也不愿意好好写
