请问H1B approved之后什么时候可以收到纸质的卡啊

I-797C notice of action. Could be a receipt notice, which tells that you won the lottery.   OR could be a copy of approved petition but given to the employer for the reference

I-797A is an original approval notice with the I-94 attached.  If case approved, you will definitely receive I-797A.

Your lawyer should receive an email notification once your case gets approved. You will receive the official hard copy via mail. Mailing address depends on which address you put on your petition Form I-129. In most cases, your lawyer receives the mail as well.

Nope, the I-94's range could be between 1 year to 3 years. I-797's work authorization should be a little bit less than 3 years.

There are no H1B cards. You will receive Form I-797A. On the form, you will also get your new I-94 card, which is valid from 10/1/2015 to 9/30/2018.
