opt的处理时间

Question: What's the meaning of "not valid for reentry in us". Does that mean it's not a valid a visa or something else?
Can I come back to China and extend visa and then come back with offer letter+i20(with opt) + EAD ?

应该可以，我身边有同学是这么做的，打算回家过年，然后续签，也是今年12月毕业的。

那个翻译成大白话就是说 你需要一个visa. EAD不能代替visa. visa is valid for reentry in US.我们国际学生办公室专门解释过。俺9.23 case was received还是没有动静。。。1.4开始。。。不知道是不是真的和start date有关啊 。。在纠结要不要加急了。
