关于H-1B出境问题

我是4.11收到case receipt, 现在在等H-1B get approved, 不知道H-1B approve之前可以出境旅游吗? 在线等

我上月月底回国的 回去前听说自己抽中了 但因为当时问过律师 律师说不要待太久就可以 所以我就还是回去了
然后当时我visa还是过期的 由于只在国内待两周 就去面签了 成功续了f1 使馆只看了我i20就给秒过了 然后两三天就能拿护照了 回来海关也只看了i20 连offer letter/ead这些都没看 出奇的顺利
现在在等审核结果 因为是non－pp 所以不知什么时候才会出结果 我还想如果六月还没结果的话再回去一次 看了这个帖顿时紧张了一下 但是我了解到的包括咨询了两个律师说是可以回的 只是到时候CoS应该是不行了 估计要回国再去签了h1才能回来 但没说会abandon 如果真的是这样希望提供相关的信息 我看了你下面的那个截图也没有说会abandon 非常感谢！

According to the guidance of my lawyer (BAL), the answer is dependent.
If your case is issued as Notify, it will be no problem if you're in legal OPT status and you can just be back as you're in OPT.
If your case is issued as Change of Status, you will need to wait until approval to leave US territory, else your case will be abandoned. Abandoned means the change of status won't take into effect automatically on October, and you will need additional petition to make it work. However, under this case you're still free to leave US territory and be back to the US before October on OPT.
I'm pretty sure about this situation because I'm gonna leave US territory when my case is approved. My lawyer just mentioned that to check with the university's DSO to make sure they won't cancel your SEVIS status by error.

不可以吧。。好像只能approve 了以后出去，但是出去了就要在2016。10。1生效 以后回来，而且还要去国外大使馆换h1b visa.

不能，会h1b会直接被拒绝

好像在notify的时候是可以的，其他的就不行了。。

I can't type Chinese with company's computer, so i tried to type PIN'IN in Baidu, then copied the generated Chinese character and pasted them here lol

Both my EAD and F-1 visa are not expired, so i can still travel before my H-1B get approved if i check with my school that my F-1 status in the SEVIS system is not cancelled?
