10 Bucks Story..

So from this noon on, the Internet of my home started working improperly.

During best situation, I could surf for 1 minutes, and it went down for another half hour.

I thought it was temporally and may has something to do with my stupid wireless router.

Anyway, I gotta GA work in the afternoon so I just left it there.

After back to home in 6pm, I found that was not my bad. Several of my friends were experiencing same problem like xxx, xxx etc.

I tried to escape from this miserable situation and went shopping with my roommates(Well my GF hanged out with her friends so she was not mad at all).

However, I still cannot surf Internet after I came back! WTF!!!

I couldn't help my self calling Comcast  services. The representative was a girl and had a sweet voice, that cooled me down a little bit, but she dare say the problem may caused by we are having too many devices connected the Internet.

I felt provoked and seriously told her " I am a computer science major" and if she cannot have something constructive, just call your supervisor(I planed to say "STFU", but failed, damn).

So she started treating me like a customer.  After like 10 minutes, I restarted everything in the house, and she finally admitted that was their problem and a technician will come to my house in Saturday. Additionally, she said she will drop 10 bucks into my account.

OK, I admit I am really satisfied with that 10 bucks and hang up the phone happily. The guess what, the Internet came back to life by himself...

That's why now I am able to write you this email to tell you the 10 bucks story....

这边客服确实不错。感恩节去看领导，在阿姆斯特丹机场排队登机挤死人了，而且还有额外安检，就写了封信给Delta complain。然后客服给我写了封道歉信，还给了我3k mile（相当于至少30块钱）
