              Ever since I got my hands on my first personal mobile phone, I developed a fascination with mechanism of electronics gadgets. Later on, when I was lucky enough to own various smart phones, laptops, cameras, headsets and a car, I found myself obsessed with consumer electronics, which led me into the field of Electronic Engineering. The challenge of solving practical problems inherent in engineering fostered my creativity, technique and discipline. Now, with fundamentals established, I am eager to further exploit the potential to integrate technologies into real life applications and take advantage of opportunity to further develop practical skills in this sphere.
              Through my college experience, I have developed a solid understanding of electrical systems design, circuitry fundamentals, PCB board design with Cadence, various hardware description and low-level programming languages (such as VHDL, Verilog, C, and Assembly in x86, 8051 and Atmel). In addition to core classes in the engineering field, I accomplished courses including data structure and Operating systems, as well as various Java programming classes. In various laboratory classes, I put my knowledge and skills into a challenging and cooperative environment. I learned to identify and tackle issues. I engaged in a teamwork environment and I managed my time properly.
Additionally, I worked as a research assistant at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. This role involved facilitating data-gathering for the Federal Aviation Administration using scripts, provide assistance in equipment setup as well as building correlated website. During this project, I worked closely with professors and colleagues and further developed my proficiency in cooperating, programming, scheduling and testing. Moreover, from the summer internship I acquired in 2015 as a test engineer, I further extended my capability of composing technical documents as well as conducting various testing, making me one of the most qualified candidates for the Master's Program in ECE.
              Texas A&M University, as a well-established and reputational public university has generous resources to offer. The Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering provides abundant opportunities in the research areas of VLSI design, computer aided design and data science as well as intelligent system and control. Moreover, being located in State of Texas,where technology and engineering industry thrives, Texas A&M closely connects to multiple industry leaders and various research groups such as 3M, AMD Intel, IBM and SpareFoot.The plentiful academic resources as well as the close industrial connections certainly provides a greater platform for expanding my chances of becoming a top-notch engineers.
              If I am selected as one of the graduate students in Texas A&M university, I would prefer to work in the area of VLSI circuits and systems as well as Computer Aided Design and Synthesis. I would love to pursue research projects covering areas including logic synthesis, layout synthesis, modeling and testability power management. I will continuously link previous classes as well as the current classes, set up timelines for every stage within the project and compose test plans for each stage.
