I-797A上面start date写提前了，回国会不会影响签证

H1B transfer approved了以后，今天律师收到I-797A， 下面是原话：
“”We received her approval notice, and the good news is that it does have an I-94 attached so she is not required to leave the U.S. to activate the H status.

However, the immigration service made a mistake on this approval notice and it made it effective as 2/26/2018 – but it should have been approved with a start date of 4/10/2018 so that the approval notice matches the dates on the I-129 forms (which is something that the US Embassy will check in order to issue a new visa stamp).”

我本来想要三月回国四月初回来的，如果这个样子回去会不会有拒签的可能？真是头疼， 本来都想今晚买机票了。如果向USCIS申请update信息，会不会拖很长时间？求地里的小伙伴了解的帮帮忙，也刚发信问了律师，万分感谢！
