0.1 基础- 机械转码- 刷题记录

本人美国二流大学本硕，机械工程专业，连着四年读完的， 坐标费城。
两年左右本专业实习加正式工作经验， 近期不幸没拿到H1B就被被裁员。因为身份原因很多本专业的工作都干不了， 决心转software engineering 或者 data science方向。
前两天刚刚注册了一亩三分地，打算开始捡起编程加全职刷题。目标2019 年拿到 H1B，发帖表决心并且寻找志同道合的小伙伴们。

编程基础：Matlab出身， 编程过与硬件配套的一些产品， 也编程过一些简单的控制系统。 明白什么是if/ while/ for loops，懂得最基本的线性代数和统计知识在matlab中如何实现。除此之外无其他任何编程语言经验。
学习语言： 目前只开始学习了python， 买了JAVA 的书备用。

目前开始学习了两天： 基本明白了最基本的编程逻辑在python 中如何实现， 明天准备开始刷题。

介于我对leetcode完全没有接触过，想向各位过来人讨教对我这种情况有什么建议！感谢！

matlab里面也是有structure，class用法的， 我上学从来没有系统用过，基本都是matrix操作。

你也许学pyt ...

的确， 目前对题目完全是懵的状态，能看懂一些solution而已。 正准备去补习数据结构和算法的课。
您不建议用python的话，推荐什么语言上手呢？

写leetcode你最起码得懂数据结构跟基础算法， 如果什么都不知道的话还是先看点cc189什么的吧。。

python有些内容被放在包里可以直接用， 但是你想写题就得懂更深的东西。还是推荐java

对于机械转码我倒觉得前端是个好出路，普通SDE的话要补的东西太多了....
