普度EE第一轮审查材料？？

This is only a notification that your application material has been received and processed. Your file is now complete and you will be in the first review of applicants for admission and funding consideration. You will notice in the ApplyYourself website that your status is "holding for review." This means that your application will be forwarded to our Admissions Committee when they meet.    We do not have rolling admission and the Admissions Committee holds one meeting to review applicants who have met this first deadline. We expect to have their final decisions in February and will notify you of the decision, tentatively, by the end of February.   Please hold all questions until after you have received your decision.   弱问下，“Your file is now complete and you will be in the first review of applicants for admission and funding consideration. ”  这句话是神马意思？是有一定的优先权还是仅仅只是录取程序而已？？  求大神解读。。。。

我觉得就是一录取的程序，不存在优先权的问题。有可能是purdue有两个申请截止的deadline（比如和wisconsin类似？），在第一个截止日期之前提交的这一批次的所有申请，材料齐了，现在就给先审了。

这个邮件我前阵也得到了，估计相当于材料齐了就会发。我觉得此处的FIRST可能是说初步筛查，而不是ROLLING意义上的“第一轮”。个人看法~

请问LZ你是啥时教的材料？我的上面还仅仅是SUBMITTED，没有邮件确认

这个我也收到了，我觉得没任何含义，就是告诉你从submitted状态变成under review状态了而已

这个邮件我去年12月份就收到了，就是材料全了的意思。。。等着吧~~~
