FAQ里的原话是：You can apply at any time; we admit students year-round.  Applications for admission to the Spring semester should be submitted by October 1st to guarantee consideration, and applications for the Fall semester should be submitted by January 1st if you are seeking financial aid.   应该是说，如果要funding就必须1月1日前提交，否则没有deadline
