IV这文章太长了。。。还有好多缩写不知道啥意思。。

真把美国当印度了

这是真的作死，烙印表面动之以情晓之以理，底下弄点政治献金利益交换，未必就撬不动Durbin。直接发长文直接喷，好歹人家也是主党二号人物，德高望重，这样一点面子也不给，不仅判了S386死刑，也截断了后续法案的路子

个人理解, IV大意是说, 上次那个bill有爱尔兰的部分, Durbin就cosponsor了, 这次没有, 这次就object. 那句"It only helps people of color from India"IV想表达这个法案是帮助有色人种的, 所以IV觉得过不了的原因是Durbin歧视, 有白人的法案就行, 没白人的法案就反对.

PS: 说实话那句话感觉不小心暴露了IV的意图...Fairness和Equality也就是个说辞...宛如他们口中的Chinese一般, 可以是"Friends share backlog pain", 也可以是"With Iranians against Indians"...
