ad letter到 official offer letter 要等多久？

我是在今年6月份申请了OMSCS, 8月初拿到unofficial admission letter， 当天就签了同意回复了过去，9月初用priority寄了正式的成绩单过去，但是直到十月份都没有收到正式的offer letter...

目前我的check list里的lawful presence status 是 received (under review), 还有english proficiency test 是 awaiting. 但是我已经拿到美国学校的一个master了，之前问研究生院，说是我的托福可以免掉的。。。

郁闷，上周发了邮件给研究生院，没人回复，今天早上又发了一次，想问一下同样申请2020 spring或者之前申请过OMSCS的前辈们这种情况正常么？有可能是学校反悔，不给Offer了么？

忘了更新：10月23号收到了正式的offer，现在在等选课啥的~

最近收到OMSA decision letter的人也有同样的疑惑，因为恰巧在国内度假网络状态不好，连回复的deadline都找不到在哪里🤦‍♀️
看意思是需要收到全部official transcripts才可以进行下去，但没给我寄送的联系方式。托福符合waive条件，一样也没waive掉显示的awaiting。
另外我比较纠结，目前还用着OPT，之前胆子小提交了visa信息。不知道之后这个会不会影响到我的OPT使用，因为雇主给我付学费，一定会知情我在OPT状态下读书的。。。

我之前有发邮件问过寄成绩单的事，以下是复制粘贴他们的回复，希望你能用得到：
Acceptable Documents:

1. Notarized copies (see attachment for the form that must accompany your notarized documents)
2. Attested copies (stamped and attested by the issuing University only)
3. Official documents through CertiFile (which can be accessed through the GT graduate admission application)
4. Official documents sent directly from the university
5. Official documents in the students’ possession

How to Send Documents:

1. We can accept electronic transcripts directly FROM THE SCHOOL ONLY. Anything sent or forwarded from the student is considered unofficial. Please have your school send your electronic transcripts to: transcripts@grad.gatech.edu

2. You can mail in your documents to Graduate Studies. Please keep in mind that we do NOT mail documents back to students.

3. If you are in the Atlanta area, you can bring your official documents in person. Copies and/or documents printed from the university's website are not acceptable. OPT会不会影响你读这个不清楚诶，但是雇主要付你学费的话，还是提前让他们知道这个情况比较好吧。。。
