请问Optional Essay 到底写啥？

是写成PHS那样的自我介绍还是对自己缺点的解释呢？
1. Essay 2: Is there any further information that you wish to provide the Admissions Committee? If so, use this space to provide an explanation of any areas of concern in your academic record or your personal history. This does not need to be a formal essay. (maximum 500 words).
2.Optional Essay
You may take this opportunity to bring to the Admissions Committee's attention any additional information of a personal or academic nature that should be known in order to ensure a complete and fair evaluation of your application. (one page limit).
