我觉得这些东西已经publish了，而且版权属于我，而且本来就是给全世界公开免费看的。那微软down下来做做分析，就算商业用途了，也不需要付钱吧……
比如看看wikipedia上的东西，然后分析分析，改进了我自己的算法/系统/whatever，这也要付钱么？

估计要买的话，这样方便些，还有售后服务，和升级服务，哈哈

MS要data的话，就是海量数据一起倒腾过来，我没怎么研究twitter，我的理解是要一口气倒腾那么多详细数据很费劲或者mission impossible吧，而且有些弄不好是private的data，没有public access。

其实twitter这种收集了无数人data的网站，卖数据给各个大公司分析作business intelligence，本来就很常见。台面下的东西，who knows...

1500w$...
