价值3万亿美元的冠状病毒援助法案被公布

众议院议长南希佩洛西（Pelosi）在星期二公布了一项超过3万亿美元的冠状病毒援助计划，将会为各州和城市提供1万亿美元的援助，并为工人们提供“风险津贴”。该法案会向个人提供新一轮1200美元的直接现金援助。并且每个家庭最高可以拿到6000美元，也就是说一个家庭最多五个人，包括两个大人和三个小孩每个人可领取1200。法案还启动了1750亿美元的住房援助基金，以帮助居民支付租金和抵押贷款。还有高达750亿美元的病毒测试资金。预计众议院最快将于周五就这一方案进行表决。

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi unveiled a more than $3 trillion coronavirus aid package , a sweeping effort with $1 trillion for states and cities, “hazard pay” for essential workers. The bill will offer a fresh round of $1,200 direct cash aid to individuals. Also, each family can have up to five people get this aid, two adults and three children each 1200, a household can get up to 6000 dollars totally. And launches a $175 billion housing assistance fund to help pay rents and mortgages. There is $75 billion more for virus testing. The House is expected to vote on the package as soon as Friday.   source
