亚马逊航空货运机队增加了12架新飞机，扩大货运需求

亚马逊今天宣布，已向亚马逊航空公司增加了12架新货运飞机，使机队总数达到80架，其中有原因是COVID-19大流行期间对货运的需求增加。改装后的波音767-300是从航空运输服务集团租赁的。亚马逊表示其中一架飞机将于本月开始运输货物，其余飞机将于明年交付。亚马逊全球航空公司副总裁莎拉·罗德斯（Sarah Rhoads）在公告中说：“无论是在当前面临的环境还是其他方面，亚马逊航空对于确保为客户提供快速交付至关重要。”

Amazon announced today that it has added 12 new cargo aircraft to Amazon Airlines, bringing its fleet to 80, due to increased demand for cargo during the COVID-19 pandemic. The modified Boeing 767-300 is leased from the Air Transport Services Group. Amazon says one of the planes will begin shipping cargo this month and the rest will be delivered next year. "Amazon Air is critical to ensuring fast delivery to customers, both in the current environment and beyond," Sarah Rhoads, vice President of Amazon Global Airlines, said in the announcement.  source
